Time For Payment Authorization

Bank Transfer (Malaysia): 1 Working Day (CIMBCLICKS, M2U, PBE), 2 to 3 Working Days (InterBank)
PayPal (Malaysia/International): 3 to 5 Working Days

Shipping Methods

Total Time For Delivery

L’clair will try to delivery all the items to the customer as soon as possible. However, total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 2 to 5 working days (not include holidays and weekend), or certain items and location may takes longer time to deliver.

Shipping Charges

There will be flat shipping charges of RM15 (Peninsular Malaysia) or RM25 (East Malaysia) in L’clair. Furthermore, your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund to L’clair.
